Authors submitting manuscripts to our journal are required to read and approve the following copyright agreement while uploading their manuscripts to the online system of our journal.

Manuscripts submitted to our journal must not have been previously published in any medium or sent to any publication medium for publication.

Authors submitting manuscripts read and approve the following copyright notice text on the checklist screen while uploading their manuscripts to the online system of our journal. By ticking the "I declare that it complies with the above items" box at the end of the checklist, they are deemed to have accepted the copyright notice text.

3. All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted manuscript,

5. They accept and undertake that the text, figures and documents in the article do not violate the copyrights of other persons.

 

Authors are deemed to have accepted the following conditions by submitting their work to the journal under the CC BY-NC 4.0 licence.

1. The copyright of the published article belongs to the author.

2. Authors authorise this Journal to publish the article and to identify itself as the original publisher.

3. Authors grant any third party the right to use the article freely, as long as the original authors and citation details are identified.

4. Nothing in this licence impairs or restricts an author's right to protect the integrity and ownership of their work.

5. All commercial rights related to the article belong to the authors.

The authors own the copyright of their works published in Edeb Erkan and their works are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Open Access is the availability of publications online to everyone free of charge and with few restrictions on reuse. The unrestricted dissemination of research is especially important for authors, readers and funders. Articles published in Edeb Erkan journal are published as open access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence. Edeb Erkan journal believes that for open access to work effectively, user rights and copyright ownership through licensing should be clear. Edeb Erkan journal has signed the Budapest Declaration on Open Access.  

We publish all our articles under Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial (CC BY-NC 4.0). This licence allows the author and any non-commercial organisation to reuse the articles for non-commercial uses, provided that they comply with the CC-BY-NC 4.0 licence. However, permission from the authors is required for commercial users or commercial use. The CC BY-NC 4.0 licence is indicated in the articles.
