Selâhaddin İbni Mübârek El-Buhârî, Hallerin Terbiyesi

Abstract

This study is about the work titled Manners Training prepared by Niyazi Adıgüzel. The work, whose original name was Enîsü't-Tâlibîn ve Uddetü's-Sâlikîn, was written in Persian by Selahaddin Ibni Mubârek El-Buhârî. It deals with the methods and principles of the Naqshbandi path and the life, legends and Sufi views of Shah Naqshbandi. In the work, it is also explained what guardianship and miracle are and who is called guardian. In his work, Selahaddin Ibn Mubarak Al-Bukhari included stories told by some dervishes who were his contemporaries, as well as the events and situations he experienced. The author also enriched and created his work by including verses, hadiths, and Sufi works of important scholars of the period. It was translated into Ottoman Turkish by Süleyman İzzî Teşrifâti under the name Makâmât-ı Aliyye-i Nakşibendiyye. Except for the foreword written by Niyazi Adıgüzel and the section written by Süleyman İzzî Teşrifâti, the main work consists of four parts.
