This study is about Hacı Bektaş Veli in the Ahl-i Hakk text, belief and oral culture. The name of Hacı Bektaş Veli is rarely mentioned in the Ahl-i Hakk texts. Verbally, the Ehl-i Hakki talk more about Hacı Bektaş Veli. Hacı Bektaş Veli, who is mentioned in the texts as the emergence of Sultan Sehak in the Ahl-i Hakk texts, is Shah-i Mihman. It is also reported that Hacı Bektaş Veli later went to Rum and settled in Rum. The appearance of Sultan Sehak in the form of Hacı Bektaş Veli is also valid for the founder of the Haksariye sect, Shah Seyyid Celaleddin Haydar, and therefore Shah Sayyid Celaleddin Haydar is Shah-i Mihman. Over time, the bond between the Ehl-i Hakk, Bektashi and Haksariye was broken and all three had different powers and knowledge. As a result of the available data and the evaluations made around these data, Ehl-i Hakk, Bektashi and Haksariye have a lot in common. If the Serancam texts, which were read in the hands of the Ehl-i Hakklar, are re-evaluated based on beliefs, history, people and places, more data than known can be reached and at the same time, this limited information that has not been explained for a long time can be understood more. At the same time, it will be revealed how many common features the Ehl-i Hakk, Bektashi and Haksariye have, which are dispersed in different geographies and differ from each other and seem to have no connection between them. This study is in the nature of a preface to the studies to be done on this subject, where there are similarities and commonalities between the Ehl-i Hakk, Bektashi and Haksariye. From this point of view, it draws attention to the subject in order to reveal new studies.
